One of Jesus’ first acts in starting His public ministry was to form His own small group—His disciples. Unlike us, Jesus did not need the assistance of the twelve. Instead, He chose to minister with the companionship of this inner group. Often He preached the Good News to the large crowds and then withdrew to the familiarity and support of His select small group.

In a world where people often feel isolated, small groups strengthen our church community and offer a place where people can build Christian relationships.

Small groups are also an excellent way for new members to meet new friends and become an integral part of our church family.
